With this service we give the best routes for flights, 2-4 hotels with booking sites and direct links. Direct companies for your transport, and direct links for excursions. With this service we DO NOT book it for you we lay your foundation and you book on your own.

    Travel Away concierge

    Our most popular. We do everything for you. Within 5-7 business days you will receive 2-3 packages of your proposed trip. (Trips under 60 days will receive sooner.)

    We include anything we can fit into your budget not limited to flight, transport, accommodations, excursions. & insurance. While on vacation you will have access to us in case anything is needed. This service can also assist you in booking additional services such as spa, excursions, private drivers etc, while on vacation that were not booked in advance.

    We will make up to 5 revisions on your chosen package.

  • Tier 3

    Travel Away honeymoon concierge

    Honeymoons are one of our favorite trips to plan! With this option we will not only handle you with care, we will keep you as hands off as possible as we know you are very busy wedding planning. You will receive 3-4 packages of your proposed honeymoon itinerary (under 60 days will receive sooner).

    We will pair you with stylish luxury properties that ooze romance around every corner.

    While on your honeymoon expect little extras from us here and there that we offer our honeymooners benefits upon check in!

  • Tier 4

    Groups & Weddings (8+ Guests)

    Groups we operate slightly different keeping only 1-2 persons involved in planning.

    We take the stress away from your group leader. We will be in contact with all guest on the trip to keep everything centralized to make this a seamless experience.

    If this is the option for you it involves a different process which would require more than one phone consultation. This option is highly customizable. Pricing will be discussed upon consultation.

  • We are in the industry day in and day out. To plan a trip takes approximately 12-14 hours of research and we do it all for you. Don’t have the time! We got you! We will take all of the details off of your hands from our hand picked resorts, hotels and restaurants, hands on excursions and more. We make the process so simply the hardest part is packing your bags!

  • Yes, you may find a cheaper vacation on the major booking sites, however we are a personal touch! You will always talk to a person and never an AI bot. Any questions instead of waiting on hold for hours, you have us at your fingertips we are only a quick email away.

  • Normally with 5 -7 business days you will have all of your packages sent to your email. We allow up to 5 edits on packages before an additional fee is charged.

  • This is a case by case basis! However you will always accrue points with your favorite flight and hotel partners when booking with us.

  • We do not book Airbnb, VRBO or any similar sites as we do not have any access or control over concierge at these properties! We do have a hand selected list of home rentals and Villa companies we use in many locations across the world.
